Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
Email us at support@10peaksgloves.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Please wait for confirmation before sending the item back.
2. Prepare Your Return Package
Include a note with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) being returned
- The reason for return
For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If the item is returned in unsuitable condition, it may be sent back to you without refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Important Notes
- The returned product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Keep proof of postage.
- 10 PEAKS is not responsible for returns lost in transit or customs fees incurred during the return process.
