Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and preferably in their original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return

 

1. Contact Us

Email us at support@10peaksgloves.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Please wait for confirmation before sending the item back.

 

2. Prepare Your Return Package

Include a note with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) being returned
  • The reason for return

For international returns, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If the item is returned in unsuitable condition, it may be sent back to you without refund.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • The returned product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • Keep proof of postage.
  • 10 PEAKS is not responsible for returns lost in transit or customs fees incurred during the return process.
