process combines precise engineering, high-quality materials, and skilled craftsmanship to
create winter gloves that perform reliably in demanding conditions. Each step — from pattern
cutting to stitching and final inspection — is carried out with purpose and attention to detail.
Designed With Intention
A great glove starts with understanding how the hand moves, how it warms, and how it responds to changing winter conditions. Our design team focuses on ergonomics, insulation mapping, flexibility, and durability — creating patterns that follow natural hand movement while maintaining warmth and protection.
We prototype extensively, adjusting materials, construction, and fit until each glove meets our standard for function and comfort.
Materials That Matter
Performance begins with the right components. We work with:
• Premium goat leather for durability and natural grip
• Technical soft-shell fabrics for stretch and weather resistance
• 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation for warmth without bulk
• Waterproof, breathable membranes
• Reinforcement textiles for high-wear zones
• Neoprene and elastic components for structure and support
Each material is tested for durability, weather resistance, and feel—ensuring it performs in real
winter conditions.
Developing Innovation (C-Zip)
Signature features such as our C-Zip Technology were developed and refined through extensive prototyping within our production environment. The process involved testing zipper angles, insulation configurations, lining structures, and ergonomic placement to ensure smooth opening, durability, and comfort.
The result is a feature that improves usability on the mountain: quick access, ventilation on warm days, and faster drying after long sessions.
